Don Cummings is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Jackson, which includes Jackson National Life Insurance Company® and its US subsidiaries and affiliates. He is responsible for managing Jackson’s business and financial objectives through sound capital and asset-liability management (ALM) and directing the company’s efforts in actuarial, financial reporting, tax, financial planning and analysis, and treasury and corporate development. Don joined Jackson in 2020 as Controller and Chief Accounting Officer before assuming his current role in June 2024.

Rob Butler is Senior Vice President, National Sales Manager, Independent channel for Jackson National Life Distributors LLC (JNLD), the marketing and distribution business of Jackson National Life Insurance Company® (Jackson®). Rob is responsible for leading the field sales team supporting Jackson’s comprehensive suite of annuity products. With more than two decades in financial services, Rob brings deep industry knowledge to his role. Previously, he was Vice President, Divisional Sales Manager for the independent east region. He also serves as a board member of the Jackson National Life Insurance Company of New York.

Ashley Golson is Senior Vice President, Internal Sales and Business Intelligence Strategy for Jackson National Life Distributors LLC (JNLD), the marketing and distribution business of Jackson National Life Insurance Company (Jackson®). In this role, she is responsible for leading business intelligence and the national sales desk, which provides sales support to financial professionals nationwide. Ashley is also responsible for directing sales operations, distribution training, and Jackson’s Internal Wholesaler Training Program (IWTP). She began her financial services career with Jackson in 2007 and has served in various leadership roles since 2012, including most recently as SVP of the national sales desk.

Laura Hanson serves as Executive Vice President, Operations and Technology Services, providing strategic oversight of Jackson’s operations, enterprise technology, digital, and data and information security functions.
Laura joined Jackson in 1987 and has served in a variety of leadership roles across operations and information technology, leading many complex modernization projects. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President, Operations, overseeing Jackson’s efforts to optimize business processes and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Laura’s prior roles also included Assistant Vice President of model office, a component of the company’s IT department, for five years.

In this role, Brian leverages his broad expertise in the industry and competitive landscape to embed deep insights within his team that support Jackson’s overall strategy and contribute to its reputation as a retirement industry leader. Prior to joining Jackson in 2011, Brian was Vice President of Due Diligence at National Planning Holdings, Inc.
